At the 2020 Oscars ceremony, Bong Joon-ho took home three awards for his involvement in the movie Parasite. Best Picture (along with Kwak Sin-ae), Best Director and Best Original Screenplay (along with Han Jin-won). The first person to win three awards for the same movie was Billy Wilder for the movie The Apartment. Wilder shared the Best Story and Screenplay Written Directly for the Screen with I.A.L. Diamond.
