The 1955 Formula One season opener was in Argentina, and to date, it has the distinction of being one of the hottest F1 races. This extreme heat meant, a lot of shared drives barring for two drivers who completed the full race, the winner Juan Manuel Fangio and the fifth-placed Roberto Mieres (both from Argentina).
