Best known for creating the television series Gilligan’s Island, Sherwood Schwartz is the brains behind another sitcom, The Brady’s Bunch, that went on to achieve cult status years later. The popularity of the show ensured there were many spin-offs, sequels and reunion shows and film adaptations made. The show ran for five seasons from 1969 to 1974.
