Maserati A6GCM is a single seater car that was built during the years 1951 and 1953. The A6GCM stands for A6 for Alfieri 6 cylinders, Ghisa, the engine block was in cast iron, Corsa stands for racing and M is monoposto, Italian for a single seater. It was driven by Juan Manuel Fangio during the 1953 season and he won its first Formula One race for Maserati at the 1953 Italian Grand Prix.
