Alessandro Zanardi, a former Italian racing driver, and a paracyclist appeared last in Formula One in 1999. He drove for Winfield Williams team and finished the season with no points and it included 10 retirements out of 16 races. For the next year, Williams replaced him with Jenson Button and at that time, Button became the youngest British driver (20 years) to take part in Formula One.
