Nel blu dipinto di blue also known as Volare is a song recorded by the Italian singer Domenico Modugno. This song was Italy’s official entry to the 1958 Eurovision contest where it came in third place. The song has the honour of being the first Grammy winner for ‘Record of the Year and Song of the Year’.
