The title songs on James Bond movies have been fashionable since the first movie, Dr. No released in 1962. It took 50 years to win an Academy Award for Best Original Song. Incidentally, Adele’s Skyfall was the first theme song to carry the same name as the Bond movie since Madonna’s Die Another Day in 2002.
