A World Series ring is presented to the winning team members of the World Series. The tradition started in 1922 World Series after each member of the New York Giants were given the rings. Over time, each winning team started handing out the rings. After Houston Astros won the 2017 title, Justin Verlander’s wife Kate Upton showed how the ring looked like in contrast to her wedding ring.
