Conchita Cintron more famously known as La Diosa de Oro (The Golden Goddess), made her name in the world of bullfighting. Born in Chile, she grew up in Peru and learned to ride that would aid her to become a torera (female bullfighter). She performed as a bullfighter in over 500 events in South America, Central America, Europe and North America before settling down to marry Francisco Castelo-Branco in Sintra, Portugal.
