Nebuchadnezzar II was a king of Babylon who ruled for a long period of time, over forty years during the Neo-Babylonian empire. A 15-litre bottle of champagne is called a Nebuchadnezzar, keeping the tradition of naming the large champagne bottles after Biblical figures.
