Marie Ébrard documented the cuisine culture of 20th century France in the French cookbook La bonne cuisine. The book was published in 1927 by Larousse under the name of Madame E. Saint-Ange. This book influenced many chefs around the world including the likes of Julia Child and Madeleine Kamman to name a few.
