Inspired by a documentary on underwater birthing, Kurt Cobain, and Dave Grohl hit upon the idea of an underwater swimming baby. Spencer Elden was four-month old when the photo was taken. In 2016, to celebrate the 25 years of ‘Nevermind’, Spencer recreated the iconic photo!
