The Who are an English rock band that was formed in 1964. Before going by the name ‘The Who’, they performed under the names of ‘The Detours’ and ‘The High Numbers’. The band consisted of Roger Daltrey (Lead), Pete Townshend (Guitarist and singer), John Entwistle (Bass) and Keith Moon (Drummer).
