Dengue is a disease that is caused by four viruses, called serotypes 1-4. As per the World Health Organisation, the vaccine Dengvaxia happens to be a licensed dengue vaccine and got its first permit in Mexico in December 2015. It is developed by the French pharmaceutical company Sanofi Pasteur.
