Harvey Kurtzman, known for his association with Mad started a satirical magazine in the 1960’s. Titled Help!, the magazine was published by James Warren. Kurtzman, who is a cartoonist moved on after Help! (it was closed due to lack of funds) and went on to teach cartooning in New York.
