According to the book of Genesis, Nimrod happens to be the great-grandson of Noah. In Hebrew, the name ‘Nimrod’ means ‘skillful warrior’. However, in the 1930s, Bugs Bunny calls Elmer Fudd as ‘poor little Nimrod’ thereby giving the word a new meaning, ‘an inept person’ or ‘someone who was easily confounded’.
