During the late 1950’s, the car manufacturer Ford Motor Company launched a model called ‘Edsel’ into the market. Let’s say it turned out to be a commercial failure and the operations stopped in 1960. The name Edsel was named in honor of Henry Ford’s son, Edsel B. Ford.
