In the paper editions of Tennessee Williams’ play ‘A Streetcar Named Desire’, there is an essay about art and the artist’s role in the society, it was titled “A Streetcar Named Success”. The essay also appeared on the 1947 (November 30) edition of The New York Times, days before the opening of ‘A Streetcar Named Desire’.
