Billy Budd is a fictional sea story that was published in 1924 in London. The work was edited by the former Columbian University professor, Raymond M. Weaver while he was researching for Herman Melville’s papers. This novel happens to be the final work of the famed writer, known mostly for ‘Moby Dick’. Billy Budd was published 23 years after Melville’s death in 1891.
