Xerasia is a medical condition of excessive dryness of hair. The name comes from the Greek word ‘xerasia’ meaning dryness, from xeros (dry, withered). For a lesser known fact, Xerasia was a Norwegian death metal band formed in 1990. Not sure what they are up to these days.
