A Tale of Two Cities is a novel written by Charles Dickens and is set in the times of French Revolution (18th century). The two cities in the title refer to Paris and London. It was published as a serialised novel in 31 parts from 30 April 1859 till 26 November 1859 in Dicken’s periodical All the Year Round.
