On the $2 bill of the United States, the third U.S President, Thomas Jefferson features on the obverse of the note. It ceased to be a widely circulated bill from 1966 owing to lack of demand. However, the currency is still under circulation, though not a popular one. The reverse of the note features the John Trumbull’s painting ‘The Declaration of Independence’.
