FACT FOOD #600

Fiat 600 was a city car manufactured by the Italian automobile giants Fiat from mid-50s until end of the 60s decade. The car was launched at the 1955 Geneva Motor Show was a instant hit. The next year, a stretched version of the car known as the Multipla was released. This six-seater Multipla had a front bench seat and four individual seats that folded completely flat into the floor, converting it to a cargo van. Many say, this car was the precursor to the modern day Multi-Purpose Vehicles (MPV).
