The Petrified Forest (1936) was a break-through film for Humphrey Bogart. Leslie Howard, seen in the video was the man responsible for giving Bogart his first big break. Humphrey Bogart, never forgot this gesture and named his second child with Lauren Bacall as Leslie, in honour of Leslie Howard. François Villon, mentioned in the video was a fifteenth century French poet, who wrote his life experiences in his poems.
