Frederick Forsyth, known for his thriller bestsellers was an RAF pilot, a journalist before turning into a fiction writer and an agent for MI6 for close to two decades. He is known for novels like The Day of the Jackal, The Dogs of War, The Odessa File, The Devil’s Alternative, The Fourth Protocol of which four of his novels were made into movies. His autobiography ‘The Outsider: My Life in Intrigue’ was released last year.
