Every year in the City of Love, Verona, there is a half marathon on Valentine’s day in honour of Romeo and Juliet. Giulietta & Romeo half marathon is sponsored by the sport and fitness nutrition company Gensan. The event was first organised in February 2008 and has seen more than tens of thousand runners taking part in the event.
